Most people know the feeling of an irritated throat, and it feels great to be able to do something active to relieve it. The Echinacea throat lozenge contains extracts of fresh echinacea, sage and peppermint. A good combination for an irritated throat.

Echinacea purpurea

The Latin name Echinacea purpurea covers the Danish name red coneflower. It originates from North America, where the natives used the plant for medicinal purposes for centuries before it became known in Europe. Today, the plant is known throughout the world, and is used in commercial herbal medicinal products to support the immune system and increase resistance. In the Echinacea throat tablet, the plant helps to soothe an irritated throat.

Sage

Sage originates from the Mediterranean countries, where it grows wild in nature. But today it is known and cultivated in many places in the world, as it is a frugal and hardy plant. Sage comes from the Latin salvare, which means to heal. That is why the herb is also called medicinal sage, and since ancient times it has been one of the most widely used medicinal herbs.

Peppermint

Peppermint is a well-known and popular herb that has been used in cooking and in the perfume and cosmetics industry for many years. Most people know peppermint for its aromatic scent and refreshing and wonderful taste. The peppermint in the Echinacea throat lozenge provides a fresh taste and cooling effect.

The Echinacea throat tablet is vegan, free of sugar and alcohol, and easy to take on the go.

Recommended daily dose:

Adults and children over 12 years:
1 tablet taken 3-5 times daily as needed.
The tablet should be sucked until dissolved.

Storage:

Store at room temperature (15 – 25 °C).

A daily dose (3 – 5 tablets) contains:
Extract of fresh echinacea purpurea corresponding to 950 – 1583 mg of plant – equivalent to 105-175 drops of echinacea tincture.
Extract of fresh sage equivalent to 357 – 595 mg of plant.
